Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Monitor and control quality and production levels to meet customer expectations
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of dry cleaning and laundry workers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with a fast-paced workload and standing for extended periods.
