Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Brant Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
