Role Summary:

The primary responsibilities of this position involve creating and managing a comprehensive program for the day care service, ensuring effective supervision to promote the holistic development of students while aligning with the educational objectives of the institution. The role emphasizes the well-being, health, and safety of all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with school administration to design and implement engaging activity programs that adhere to the school's educational framework.
  • Organize special events and pedagogical days to enrich the students' learning experiences.
  • Establish operational guidelines for the day care service, including registration, attendance, and student supervision protocols.
  • Conduct informational sessions for parents regarding the day care service's structure and operations.
  • Oversee student admissions and registrations, ensuring accurate attendance tracking and data entry.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations concerning hygiene, safety, and the management of medications.
  • Facilitate communication between the day care service, school administration, parents, and external organizations, addressing any concerns as necessary.
  • Assist in budget preparation by analyzing data related to enrollment, grants, and operational costs.
  • Manage billing processes, including collections and financial reporting, while maintaining accurate records of cash transactions.
  • Monitor the budget for the day care service, ensuring proper allocation of resources and compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Participate in staffing assessments, schedule creation, and vacation planning for day care personnel.
  • Foster a collaborative environment among staff members, leading coordination meetings and evaluating service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records for staff and manage replacements for absent employees.
  • Support the physical organization of the day care service, including inventory management and procurement of necessary materials.
  • Utilize various software tools to perform job functions effectively, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
  • Provide training and supervision to less experienced staff, ensuring quality program delivery.
