Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Estate Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Estate Professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our client files.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls and redirecting as needed.
- Document Preparation: Prepare documents such as letters and correspondence to clients and external parties.
