Job Summary

Citi is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Payments business in Canada. As the Head of Payments, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our payments products and services in the Canadian market.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the growth and development of our payments products and services in Canada.
  2. Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality products and services to our clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth and revenue.
  4. Manage and optimize our payments infrastructure to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to innovate and improve our products and services.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  8. Manage and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of our payments business.

Requirements
  1. 15+ years of experience in the payments industry, with a minimum of 8-10 years in a leadership role.
  2. Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a payments business.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  6. Knowledge of industry trends and developments, and the ability to stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
