  • Stay informed on emerging industry best practices for hedge qualification through research and critical analysis of publications from regulatory bodies and industry associations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, collaborative, and problem-solving skills, along with effective time management and communication abilities.
  • Proactive and innovative, with a proven capacity to plan and manage competing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze and document complex processes and procedures.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hedge accounting, finance, and financial products, including various derivatives.
  • A post-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. A CPA designation is required, while a CFA designation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with trading systems such as Peak, PeopleSoft EGL, OBI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What We Offer:

  • An inclusive and collaborative work environment that fosters creativity and celebrates achievements.
  • A competitive rewards package, including performance bonuses, an Employee Share Ownership Program, and pension plan matching, along with health benefits from day one.
  • Opportunities for career development and progression.
