About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Servegreen Cleaning Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and guidance required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Work Setting: Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a cleaning service company environment.
  • Supervision: You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language required for this role.
  • Hours: The successful candidate will work 32 to 44 hours per week.
