About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Leader to own the overall growth and development of NFP's Commercial P&C business in the GTA.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reinforcing and supporting our strong sales culture, while driving business growth and expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and market share growth in the GTA
  • Lead and manage a team of commercial insurance professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in commercial insurance sales and leadership
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth and expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
