About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Asset Protection Manager to join our team at Saks Fifth Avenue.

This is a key leadership position responsible for managing the Asset Protection staff, monitoring shortage results, and implementing store safety and awareness programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train store associates on awareness and Asset Protection policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the integrity of physical inventory by monitoring reports and audits on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Organize and conduct annual store inventory.
  • Develop shortage strategies for merchandise groups, paperwork controls, and shortage awareness.
  • Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years Asset Protection experience in a large volume retail environment.
  • Certification required where applicable by jurisdiction.
  • Ability to quickly learn Saks Fifth Avenue standards, procedures, and IT applications.
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience Wicklander-Zulawski certification a plus.
