Key Responsibilities
  • Possess a PMP or CAPM certification (preferred), with at least 2 years of experience in project collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Change Management practices (preferred).

  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

Impact Creation

The Business Enablement Lead collaborates with Value Stream Owners, Product Owners, Technical Program Managers, and business stakeholders to advance change initiatives. This role involves engaging stakeholders to understand, plan, and execute the desired outcomes for various Insurance products and services. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure readiness for change and facilitate smooth transitions.

Your contributions will be vital in change management efforts, risk identification, and providing critical feedback to Value Stream Owners and Product Owners for integration into their solution designs and roadmaps.

Additionally, you will assist the Value Stream Owner with essential management tasks related to Value Stream oversight, including status and financial reporting, intake reviews, prioritization, and ongoing Agile mobilization efforts.
