Position Overview

The role of the Office Operations Manager at Driver Fleet Safety Limited is crucial for maintaining efficient administrative processes and ensuring a well-organized work environment.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and refine new administrative practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assign tasks to office support personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
  • Coordinate and strategize for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment procurement, supply management, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in formulating the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members.
  • Supervise and streamline office administrative processes.
  • Plan and monitor budgetary allocations and expenditures.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint.
