Job Title:

Inclusion and Diversity Co-op Student

Job Summary:

The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op Student to join our Inclusion and Diversity team. As a Co-op Student, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis on diversity and inclusion best practices
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address diversity and inclusion gaps
  • Support the development of policies and programs that promote diversity and inclusion
  • Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations on diversity and inclusion initiatives
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion
