Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

Farm Credit Canada is seeking a highly skilled Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in advancing our position as an inclusive employer.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives that promote a culture of belonging and respect.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance ideas and opportunities that drive positive change.
- Evaluate programs and initiatives to ensure they are effective and aligned with our goals.
- Use data and employee feedback to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, social sciences, or public administration.
- At least three years of experience in DEI, accessibility, or employment equity.
- A solid understanding of DEI and accessibility principles and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of the Employment Equity Act, Accessible Canada Act, and other related regulations.
Farm Credit Canada offers a competitive salary range of $79,648 - $107,760, plus eligible to receive a performance-based incentive. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
