Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Drilling and Workover Operations Supervisor to join our team at LHR Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the operations of contract drilling or workover rigs engaged in programmed work.

About the Role: As a Drilling and Workover Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations performed on our wells are carried out safely and efficiently. You will make recommendations on alternative methods or equipment when unusual situations are encountered, and coordinate deliveries of materials to the well to ensure it is available when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and Oversee Operations: Supervise and oversee all operations performed on our wells, ensuring that they are carried out safely and efficiently.
  2. Make Recommendations: Make recommendations on alternative methods or equipment when unusual situations are encountered.
  3. Coordinate Deliveries: Coordinate deliveries of materials to the well to ensure it is available when required.
  4. Ensure Contractor Compliance: Ensure that the contractor meets all requirements of his contract.
  5. Work with Engineers: Work with Drilling and Workover engineers to ensure that modern drilling practices are followed.
  6. Approve Daily Reports: Approve contractor's daily tour report.
  7. Maintain Equipment: Ensure that contractor rig and equipment are properly maintained to avoid downtime.
  8. Perform Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Supt.
  9. Ensure Safety Standards: Ensure that our blowout prevention standards are met in all respects including equipment configuration, testing, and crew response.
  10. Comply with Safety Procedures: Assure that rig and personnel comply with our established safety standards and procedures.

Job Benefits:

  1. Monthly Base Salary: Monthly Base Salary – aligned with company employees with similar skills.
  2. Monthly Overbase: Monthly Overbase – 25% of your monthly base salary.
  3. Benefits Supplement: Benefits Supplement – 20% of your monthly base salary, increasing based on years of service.
  4. Severance Package: Severance Package (2-year vest period) – based on years of service.
  5. Employment Tax: Employment Tax – details to be checked with your tax advisor.
  6. Employee Share Purchase Plan: Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) – maximum purchase equal to 10% monthly base pay.
  7. Incentive Plan: Incentive Plan – annual; based on performance.
  8. Travel Allowance: Travel Allowance – annual; based on household members residing in Saudi Arabia.
  9. Vacation & Paid Holidays: Vacation & Paid Holidays – generous vacation and holiday policies.
