Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Smart Kitchen Tech Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including delegation of work to office support staff.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Supervision and Team Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
    • Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Willing to travel, with access to public transportation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work independently, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
