Key Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated sales success as a Salesperson, Banker, Broker, Mortgage Specialist, or Mortgage Underwriter.
2. Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and partners in a fast-paced setting.
3. Understanding of mortgage lending and related financial products, including creditor insurance.
4. Proficiency with technology and social media platforms.
5. A growth-oriented mindset that embraces change and constructive feedback.
6. Completion of the required pre-licensing education for the jurisdiction(s) where you seek to be licensed as a mortgage professional.
