Director, Digital Transformation and Innovation

Grand River Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Digital Transformation and Innovation to lead the hospital's efforts in advancing innovation through strategic digital projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the hospital's vision, goals, and strategic plan.
- Oversee Senior Project Managers and other resources dedicated to implementing digital projects across various departments.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with clinical and corporate applications in a hospital setting.
- Extensive experience in IT management and digital transformation, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proven leadership experience managing diverse technology teams.
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, service, and contract management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation.
