Job Title: Marketing Data Insights Analyst

Join PointClickCare, a leading North American healthcare technology platform, as a Marketing Data Insights Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and data science
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics and/or performance measurement and storytelling reporting
  • Degree in Data Management, Analytics, Mathematics, and/or Computer Science
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and Google Data Studio
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL
