Job Summary

This position requires a senior-level technical expert to manage and maintain computer labs, including hardware, software, and policies. The successful candidate will work closely with faculty, instructors, and departments to implement requirements for teaching, learning, and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain computer labs, including hardware, software, and policies
  • Work closely with faculty, instructors, and departments to implement requirements for teaching, learning, and research
  • Provide technical leadership and support to build, maintain, and administer computer labs
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex IT problems
  • Train and support users of the computer labs
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, including experience operating and maintaining computer labs or computing facilities
  • Senior-level expertise in managing Windows, Mac, and Linux computers, enterprise networking, virtualization, and containerization
