Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at DRIVEX GROUP LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing employment services, recruiting candidates, and coordinating selection processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counseling.
  • Collect and screen applicants, advising them on employment requirements and terms.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and recruit graduates from educational institutions.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Recruit newcomers and refugees who were displaced by conflict or natural disasters.
  • Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition and offer mentorship programs.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent employment.
  • English language.
  • 35 hours per week.
