About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
  • 3-12 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with diverse groups
  • Ability to lift 70lbs and stand for 3-hour intervals
