We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Trademark Logistics Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatch and Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, and maintain vehicle operator work records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Planning and Scheduling: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities to meet customer demands and ensure on-time delivery.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, including hours worked, routes taken, and any issues encountered.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
This is a permanent position with a regular 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
