Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team at TRIDENT TRANSPORTATION INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet, coordinating with drivers and dispatchers to optimize routes and schedules, and maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vehicle schedules and routes to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance records to identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate with drivers and dispatchers to resolve issues and optimize operations
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other relevant data
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of transportation services

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in transportation or logistics an asset
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
