The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Manager to join our team at Roche Pharma Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and evolving Patient Support Programs (PSPs) to meet the needs of various stakeholders.

As a Patient Services Manager, you will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external service providers to ensure that PSPs are operating effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for facilitating insights and data generation related to assigned programs, focusing on identifying actionable information to support an optimal patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Patient Support Programs to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned PSPs and act as the primary point of contact for issue review and escalation management.
  • Act as the key source for insights generation and analytics for Patient Support Programs, providing data and information to inform stakeholder decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to actively supervise the execution of Patient Support Programs, focusing on operational excellence.
  • Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to ensure that Patient Support Program financials are efficiently managed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or Life Science related field.
  • Strong data management, analytical, and insights generation capabilities.
  • Experience with operations management in an outsourced environment.
