Job Title: Instructor of Persons with Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructor of Persons with Disabilities to join our team at Phoenix Development Centre. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to develop life skills and achieve their goals.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing clients' cognitive, social, and emotional barriers to establish adaptation goals. You will assist students to develop life skills, collaborate with specialists to develop programs for clients' special needs, and develop individualized education and intervention plans to facilitate their readaptation and independence objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients' cognitive, social, and emotional barriers to establish adaptation goals
  • Assist students to develop life skills
  • Collaborate with specialists to develop programs for clients' special needs
  • Develop individualized education and intervention plans based on special needs of client to facilitate their readaptation and independence objectives
Requirements:
  • Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Certificate
  • Behaviour management Certification
  • Intensive behavioural intervention Certification
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
