Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of our office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate office services, such as accommodation, relocation, and parking.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with our team and external partners.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Windows.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week.
