Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Administrator at Docs Auto Body in Chilliwack, BC. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

  1. ICBC claim reconciliation
  2. Work Safe compliance
  3. Tesla compliance and reconciliation of repairs
  4. HR files and Payroll reconciliation
  5. OEM and ICBC certification compliance
  6. Training and Certification management

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in office administration roles is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
