Position Overview

As a Sales Supervisor at FASHION FOCUS HAIRDESIGNERS LTD., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the sales operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your leadership will guide a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets and maintain high standards of performance.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff including apprentices and sales associates.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to sales personnel.
  • Engage in selling merchandise and promoting products.
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
  • Organize and oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
Team Management

You will be responsible for leading a diverse team, including:

  • Cashiers
  • Grocery clerks and shelf stockers
  • Retail salespersons and sales clerks
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of work will be English.
