About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Electronics Sales Associate to join our team at OSL Retail Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in our Electronics Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with product demonstrations, comparisons, and sales support
  • Offer personalized shopping experiences, ensuring customers find the best tech solutions for their needs
  • Proactively set up and maintain product merchandising displays
  • Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and service requests
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Assist customers with questions and ensure they feel confident with their purchases
  • Offer to back up purchases with service that protects them long-term
  • Lead by example and foster a team environment
  • Act with professionalism and integrity
  • Stand for longer periods, move and support 30-50lbs of merchandise
  • Work various schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
