Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at PSB IMPEX LTD dba GORDON HEAD Chevron. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 sales associates, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers.
- Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
