Role Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to contribute to our Goldin Auctions platform. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing Goldin's product strategy and roadmap. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and promote business growth. This position demands a combination of strategic insight, technical acumen, and a genuine enthusiasm for collectibles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish yourself as a thought leader in the alternative assets domain, developing and advocating for a product strategy that enriches investment and collecting experiences, informed by customer needs, business objectives, market dynamics, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, analytics, marketing, legal, operations, customer support, and various business units to effectively execute the product roadmap.
  • Define key success metrics, regularly communicate product performance, insights, and risks to eBay leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Build trust with the Collectibles and Goldin engineering teams by gaining a deep understanding of backend systems and influencing technical decisions that facilitate feature development.
  • Take ownership of the fintech and alternative assets ecosystem, ensuring that the perspectives of collectors and investors are central to all product decisions across eBay.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or strategy consulting, ideally within the fintech, alternative assets, collecting, or investment sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and implement complex product roadmaps through effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, influence without direct authority, and make informed trade-offs based on limited data.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences through a structured, customer-centric, and data-informed approach.
