Machine Learning Engineer Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to lead our team in developing and deploying machine learning models and pipelines in production. As a key member of our Machine Learning Team, you will be responsible for setting up ML model training pipelines, deploying APIs around ML models, and monitoring ML models that power our document processing and vehicle pricing.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of machine learning engineers to build, automate, and deploy ML models and pipelines in production.
- Develop ML model pipelines from proof of concept to production.
- Document the work process, including pipeline set up, experiment execution, and model deployment.
- Monitor performance of models in production.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to help meet their objectives and provide them with periodic status updates.
- Graduate Degree in a computationally intensive domain.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Experience with building data pipelines (Kubeflow, sklearn pipelines, etc.).
- Experience with building and deploying REST APIs (Flask, FastAPI).
- Experience with regression analysis and classification analysis is essential.
- Advanced proficiency with Python and SQL (BigQuery/MySQL).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS / GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor models performance and microservices health status in Production.
