We are seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to lead the development of our machine learning operations. As a Machine Learning Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to set up ML model training pipelines, deploying APIs around ML models, and monitoring ML models that power our document processing and vehicle pricing.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a Team of Machine Learning Engineers: You will lead a team of engineers to build, automate, and deploy ML models and pipelines in production.
- Enact ML Best Practices: You will enact ML best practices for the team to follow, including developing ML model pipelines from proof of concept to production.
- Monitor Performance: You will monitor the performance of models in production and collaborate with stakeholders to help meet their objectives and provide periodic status updates.
- Graduate Degree: You must have a graduate degree in a computationally intensive domain.
- Language Skills: You must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Experience with Data Pipelines: You must have experience with building data pipelines, including Kubeflow, sklearn pipelines, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with REST APIs: You must have experience with building and deploying REST APIs, including Flask and FastAPI.
- Mathematics and Statistics: You must have a strong sense and skills in mathematics, statistics, and algorithms, including regression analysis and classification analysis.
- Programming Skills: You must have advanced proficiency with Python and SQL, including BigQuery and MySQL.
- Cloud Services: You must have extensive knowledge of cloud services, including AWS and GCP, as well as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- ML Model Development Lifecycles: You must have experience with ML model development lifecycles.
- Bash Scripting: You must have experience with Bash scripting.
