Optical Specialist

FYidoctors is seeking a skilled and experienced Optical Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Educate clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle and needs
- Assist with selection of frames to suit clients' aesthetic and performance requirements
- Uphold excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
- Perform repairs and adjustments to patients' eyewear
- Contribute to store retail sales goals
- Minimum one year's experience in an optical environment
- Passionate about customer experience and a great communicator who can provide exceptional patient care
- Committed to excelling as a member of a high-performing team
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous retail experience an asset
