Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to clients on the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle and needs
- Assist with the selection of frames to suit clients' aesthetic and performance requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service, using your charisma and problem-solving skills to exceed client expectations
- Perform repairs and adjustments to patients' eyewear, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Contribute to store retail sales goals, driving revenue growth and meeting targets
Requirements
- Minimum one year's experience in an optical environment, with a strong understanding of eyewear products and services
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
