Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Specialist to join our team. As an Optical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the retail and repair of eyewear products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to clients on the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle and needs
- Assist with the selection of frames to suit clients' aesthetic and performance requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service, using your charisma and problem-solving skills to exceed client expectations
- Perform repairs and adjustments to patients' eyewear, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Contribute to store retail sales goals, driving revenue growth and meeting targets
Requirements
- Minimum one year's experience in an optical environment, with a strong understanding of eyewear products and services
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to working as part of a high-performing team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous retail experience an asset, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth
