Job Summary

At DIVRAJ FREIGHT SERVICES INC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Direct and manage a team of 5-10 truck drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Dispatching: Coordinate and schedule the activities of our truck drivers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and optimal use of resources.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on driver performance, vehicle maintenance, and logistics operations.
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
