About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Moving Van Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Two Men And A Truck. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of moving van drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our relocation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Oversee a team of moving van drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our moving van drivers, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex relocation tasks.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage moving projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel and MS Office to track and analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, and optimize our relocation services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or operations role
  • Work Setting: Supervisory experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
