Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at S. K Transportation Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, including dispatching, scheduling, and route planning.
  • Train and Develop our drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and Control the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Ensure Compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions to management, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals of vehicles and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal fleet utilization.
  • Requisition and Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the trucking industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
