EHR Integration Architect

This is a key position within Meditech, responsible for evaluating and optimizing healthcare workflows and integration points across various care settings.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluating Workflows: Assess and analyze healthcare workflows to identify areas for improvement and propose integrated implementation builds and training.
- Integration and Optimization: Collaborate with in-house experts to develop integrated workflows, dictionary builds, and best practices for customers.
- Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to define organizational priorities, goals, and objectives, and provide training and support for integrated workflows.
- Product Development: Set the direction for Meditech's integrated products and how they are implemented, and work with the development team to identify and prioritize innovative solutions to workflow challenges.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the team in stakeholder meetings, design reviews, and demonstrations to ensure development needs are represented and to stay current with the latest changes in functionality.
- Customer Support: Act as a resource for functionality and system use for Client Services and Product Development, and troubleshoot, research, and assist in solving software problems.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's or associate degree preferred and/or 2-3 years applicable work or military experience, with MEDITECH and/or Healthcare or Healthcare adjacent experience.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of hospital workflows within clinical, financial or administrative departments, strong communication skills, well-organized and thorough documentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
This is a hybrid role, which includes a blend of in-office and remote work as designated by the management team.
