Food Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience at Subway.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, as well as perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
