Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2541018 Alberta Corporation. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules
Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
Supervise Food Service StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
Manage Food and SuppliesEstimate and order food and supplies as needed, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.
Ensure Quality ControlMonitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that it meets our high standards.
Address Customer ConcernsRespond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain RecordsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
Physical DemandsCombination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
