Security Supervisor

Regal Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security teams, ensuring they follow company policies and procedures, and providing training and guidance to new guards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage security teams to ensure effective security operations
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
- Conduct regular patrols and monitoring of security systems
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, prioritizing the safety of staff and property
- Document incidents and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with clients to address security needs and concerns
- Evaluate guard performance and provide feedback and coaching
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in security management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively
