Core Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of significant conferences and gatherings
  • Communicate with both internal teams and external partners for event arrangements
  • Manage registration platforms and collect feedback post-events
  • Oversee financial documentation and billing
  • Coordinate logistics and manage onsite activities
  • Document meeting notes and support team-related events

Qualifications:
  • Completion of post-secondary education in Event or Hospitality Management
  • 3-5 years of experience in event coordination
  • Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage interruptions
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
