Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Northwood Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Sales and Customer Service: Supervise sales staff, provide excellent customer service, and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Store Operations: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, manage cash handling and security, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
