Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales tasks to team members, ensuring that all areas of the store are covered and customers receive a seamless shopping experience.
- Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other problems that may arise, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and that products are displayed attractively.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, encouraging collaboration and open communication among team members.
- Secondary Education: High school graduation certificate required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Personal Qualities: Flexibility, organization, teamwork, initiative, and sound judgment.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week.
- English Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
