Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as an Insulation Labourer at Fransor Insulation Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with care and attention to safety.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
  • Respond to chemical spills and other contaminants, following established protocols to minimize risk.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, adhering to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and maintain a high level of flexibility and reliability.

Requirements
  • Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
  • Capacity to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities.
  • Reliability and strong work ethic.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
What We Offer
