About the Role

VIVO Insulation Ltd is seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings are properly insulated to meet the highest standards of energy efficiency and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selecting the appropriate insulation materials and equipment to meet the specific needs of each project
  • Measuring and cutting insulation materials to the required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools
  • Applying and securing insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, and taping
  • Fitting insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs to ensure a tight seal
  • Installing vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials to protect against moisture and fire damage
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations to guarantee a safe and healthy working environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in insulation installation and maintenance
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks
