Insulation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at Nagra Insulation Ltd. As an Insulation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the energy efficiency and comfort of our clients' buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Selecting the appropriate insulation materials and equipment for various projects
- Measuring and cutting insulation materials to precise specifications using hand and power tools
- Applying and securing insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation techniques
- Fitting insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs to ensure a seamless installation
- Installing vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials to meet building codes and regulations
- Brushing waterproofing cement or other materials over insulating materials to ensure a watertight seal
- Assembling, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment to access hard-to-reach areas
- Removing asbestos, ceramic fibres, lead, and mould and urea-formaldehyde insulation materials from buildings in a safe and controlled manner
- Experience in insulation installation is an asset, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour in various weather conditions
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to insulation installation
