Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans for clients
  • Provide nutrition education and support to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Assess client's nutritional needs and provide counseling as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Nutrition or equivalent
  • Registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in mental health and addictions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
